How much does a visa or licence actually cost?
Two amounts. The government fee, which the authority sets and we pass through without a markup, and our service charge for handling it. Every quotation shows them separately, so you always know which part is ours.
Do I have to come to your office?
Usually not. Most work is done with scanned documents and a signature where the authority requires one. Where an application needs you in person, biometrics or a medical, for example, we book the appointment and tell you exactly where to go and when.
How long does a residence visa take?
It depends on the authority, the applicant's nationality and whether documents are complete. We give you a realistic range at the consultation rather than a best case, and while it is open you can ask what it is waiting on.
Can you take over our existing files from another PRO?
Yes. We review what is open, what is expiring and what is incomplete, then tell you what needs attention first before we take anything on.
Do you work with companies outside Dubai?
Yes. Many federal services are handled through ICP and MOHRE regardless of emirate, and we work with free zone authorities across the UAE. Some emirate-level services need a local counter, and we will say so.
What happens if the government fee goes up mid-application?
We tell you before anything further is paid. Authority fees change and we do not absorb a change quietly or bill you for it after the fact.
Do you issue tax invoices?
Future Link is in the process of VAT registration. Until the TRN is issued we cannot charge VAT or describe a document as a tax invoice. Once registered, that changes and you will be told.
What do you need from me to start?
For most work: passport copy, current visa or Emirates ID if you have one, and the trade licence if it is company work. We confirm the exact list for your specific application before you send anything.
