What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, company, phone, WhatsApp number, email, the service you selected, your preferred contact method and your message. We do not collect passport copies, Emirates ID numbers or any other identity document through this website, those are only ever exchanged directly once an engagement has started.

Why we collect it

Solely to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the work you have asked for. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.

Where it goes

Enquiries are recorded in our internal business system so the person who answers you can see the full history. Access is restricted to authorised staff.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are retained for a limited period and then deleted. Client records are retained as long as required for the engagement and for any period the law requires afterwards.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics is added later, this policy will be updated before it goes live and the tool used will be named here.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
